Lune Labs provides paid advertising management services — including Google Ads and Meta Ads — for healthcare and chiropractic practices. All services are delivered on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment required unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If no measurable improvement in patient booking volume is demonstrated by the end of day 30 of your first month, you are under no obligation to continue and will not be charged for a second month. This requires the client to have provided full account access and cooperation throughout the month.
Our monthly retainer fee is billed at the start of each service period. Ad spend — the budget used to run your campaigns on Google and Meta — is billed separately and paid directly by the client to the advertising platforms. Lune Labs does not hold or control client ad budgets.
Clients agree to provide timely access to relevant advertising accounts, share accurate business information, and respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe. Delays caused by the client may affect campaign performance and timelines.
All ad copy, creative direction, audience strategies, and campaign structures developed by Lune Labs remain our intellectual property until payment for the relevant period is received in full, at which point ownership transfers to the client.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement — including campaign data, business metrics, pricing, and strategy. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.
Lune Labs is not liable for changes in advertising platform policies, algorithm updates, market fluctuations, or other external conditions that may affect campaign performance. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate services with 14 days' written notice. No refunds are issued for fees already paid for the current billing period. Upon termination, Lune Labs will return access to all client accounts and provide a final performance summary.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
